Next year, NUSO will meet in Mosjøen in Northern Norway for one week, August 5 – August 12. Our collaborating partner is Toppen Summer Music Academy.

The week will include group rehearsals with professional musicians, lots of orchestra rehearsals with the reknowned Norwegian conductor Peter S. Szilvay, chamber music, informal campus concerts and two orchestra concerts.

NUSO collaborates with Nordland Music Festival and will hold their final symphony concert in Bodø on August 12.
The world-famous English pianist John Lill wil join us for this exciting program.

Who can apply?

Everyone born between 1.1.1990 and 1.1.1997 (for strings) or 1.1.1988 and 1.1.1997 (for winds, brass, percussion and double basses) can apply.

Fee

One week course with room and board; NOK 3.500,-
All participants have to pay for and make their own travel arrangements. You might be eligible for a small reimbursment of your travel expenses, depending on where you travel from.
